Plans

Tomorrow I do nothing,
therefore I drink,
and flood this vacuum –
the emptied-admits,
those stumbled paces,
not alcohol’s stab,
because my body
is a diseased quick-grab:
so steady me onwards,
point me uphill,
time my ascent
and flatten this thrill.
