Our Dust

Our dust we still gather close
will whirl away – Find a space
to settle it for a while [before
it has gone] – it will rush from
us [that is our deal] – See it’ll
one day lift from us – gusted
quicker than we had planned
by contingency’s fixings – Our
photographs sit as if particles
of an untouchable past – hard
drive data silos will forget us –
my past life is with Google – &
no one else – owner of recalls
& our time [no trays of slides]
