How soon I’ll be 62 & no more a man
of letters apart from reminders to an
invitation [invitations from] & would
you like to attend & less about arts &
more about doctors – As soon I shall
be 72 – no more a man as relevant to
[no more – by then] – I’ll be counting
down shortened days – until then – if
I know when that will be then [I think
some will assume I am already gone]
